Bio

I'm Emily, it's nice to meet you. Let's see...although I'm from Minnesota, I am currently a freshman at NYU and living on the glorious island of Manhattan. I find my passive-aggressive, "Minnesota Nice" nature fading more and more each day...I can't tell if that's good or bad. I like comedy a lot, and if you like improv, we should talk. I am in NYU's long form group, Dangerbox. I am doing everything I can to be involved with the Upright Citizens Brigade...slowly. Basically, I've graduated level one and I plan on completing each level in the subsequent eight-week durations. My very favorite NYC improvisers (people) include Christina Gausas, Kay Cannon, Amy Poehler, Brian Stack, Miriam Tolan...ooh, this is harder than I thought...pretty much anyone who is at ASSSSCAT on a regular basis. I was involved with a few different theaters/troupes in Minneapolis. Check out stevierays.org and bravenewworkshop.com.
